Dip & Baste | Made with Fresh Ingredients | Vegetarian | Halal Friendly

Zanzibar Zing

A tangy, citrusy sauce with just the right amount of heat to flavour any protein that is going on the grill from shrimp, chicken to beef short ribs.

Lisbon Heat

Our Peri-Peri Sauce with a twist. It is one of the most popular flavours around. Our blend is unmatched and unforgivable on chicken. But truly it pairs well with everything.

Sweet Seoul

We have perfected the sweet from Seoul. A great Korean BBQ flavour that has a tiny bit of heat but is more sweet. Traditionally it pairs well with beef short ribs but ours works great with all meats, chicken and vegetables.

What is Cassava?

Cassava also known as yuca or manioc, is a brown, oblong starchy root vegetable that is native to South America but is now grown throughout the tropical regions of the world. It is a staple food for millions of people in Africa, Asia, and South America, where it is used in a variety of dishes.

This starchy, high-carbohydrate tuber – similar to yam, taro, plantains and potato, is classified as a tuberous root vegetable and as such, is gluten, grain and nut-free, as well as a vegan, vegetarian and paleo alternative. Cassava also consists of essential micronutrients, such as vitamins A, B and C, iron and Zinc.

Simply french fries, made from cassava.

To make cassava fries, the cassava roots are peeled and cut into long, thin strips, similar to traditional potato fries. The fries are then fried in oil until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Cassava fries are a popular snack or side dish in many parts of the world, including Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. They are often seasoned with spices or served with dipping sauces to add flavour. These amazing potato-like fries are also a gluten-free alternative to traditional potato fries.

Indulge in the light and crunchy goodness of our Cassava Chips! Made with fresh cassava and seasoned to perfection, these chips are delicious and crispier to traditional potato chips.

Every bite delivers a satisfying crunch, making them the perfect snack to enjoy any time of the day. Whether you're looking for a snack to munch on at work or a fun treat to share with friends, our Cassava Chips are a must-try. Order now and get ready for a crunchy, tasty experience!
